Number of issues observed on our visit beyond that reservations don’t mean a whole lot there: -Parking situation: everyone needed to park at nearby businesses as their wasn’t really any parking offered beyond few street spots. Many nearby businesses parking lots packed with others assumed on tubing/canoe rides. Passed by a local business person speaking with staff of U-Rent about reporting to cops the situation and that would need to call in future when patients/clients needed spaces. -Disorganized process or too high volume: waiting to get in line with registration, waiting for van, got shuttled up to next drop spot. Waited in another line for tubes. Staff opening boxes of new tubes and filling (seems to accommodate the numbers trying to get out on river). After twenty minutes in line waiting on tubes, a van and trailer drops off more people and they and back of line get all tubes off trailer, leaving us still waiting on tubes being inflated. -Most disappointing though not necessarily their doing was taking mid-day family outing on river floating by number of groups smoking weed. Including a group with people in their party totally passed out on their tubes. Had a nice time but there were group after group after group out on water and at times bumper tubes of groups. Would look into taking business another place next time or avoiding the weekend

What an amazing place to rent tubes, kayaks, and canoes from! I am so happy with the way I was treated here along with the beauty of the river and nature. The river was calming and breezy. I was so afraid they would turn me away since I was tubing solo with my 10 month old son but not only did they welcome me, they helped me find the perfect fit for our 3 hour float, an inflatable kayak (something I was brand new to). Thank you guys for giving my son and I an awesome memory. By the way, they have a doodle named “Buddy” and he is the most precious boy ever! Him and my son are both 9 months, twinsies!

Decent float down the river. It's a little low in spots, but not too bad. If you were allowed to use your own tubes, I'd give a 5 star rating 🙂 Overall, a good experience.
