It's not a great place to stay. 24 hr Management and great and helpful people. The Wi-Fi don't work in some places but we in the country. The Store is like 5 min away, MacDonald, IGA Chinese and Pizza Pete. Not a bad location. Clean rooms and laundry

Literally I'm the one that helped him move the beds in last time just because you can't understand English you going to tell me no rent because I drive different cars everyday with the same dealer tag that is discrimination I literally helped you for 2 weeks piece of s*** place they don't care about nobody have bed bugs everything I helped you exterminate piece of s*** place

I love it here me and my boyfriend has been here over a year and they are so sweet so nice and most of the people around here say that they're going to pay their rent the next day or a couple of days and they don't they go weeks and the management allows it that's how good these people are but that's not happening anymore not while I'm here I'm a good-hearted woman and I'm not going to allow people to run over them and yes it's hard for them to speak English very well get a translator app it's the best it's the way I communicate with him and his wife recently his wife went on to her country for vacation or to visit family and she brought back me a dress it made me cry it so beautiful Danny if you're in your wife ever need help let me know I'm here for you guys. They're fixing the rooms up they're doing everything that they need to do as management and me and my boyfriend are helping them in the process of getting this place back with no users or abusers thank you so much for everything Danny

Definitely have roaches in these rooms (pics to prove it), manager struggled alot with english and communication, stale smoke smelling rooms, burnt linens (cigarettes), hole punched in bathroom wall, no towels! Old/used bar of soap in the tub, random garbage not cleaned up, AND only accepts cash. My father and I were EXHAUSTED after driving to come fish brookeville last night and after the manager weirdly followed us in and out of our room to show it to us, I understand why he takes cash. I am pretty sure he was expecting us to tell him the room was unacceptable.... if we werent so exhausted and larger than average guys.... we would have slept in the truck instead. Not staying a second night here nor ever returning. $600 per room and a bit of care would be MUCH MORE than enough to make these rooms adequate!
