Fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes and upbeat, friendly service. Portions are large enough to split. This place takes traditional favorites and re-energizes them with fresh herbs and world flavors for an updated take. I've dined here about a dozen times for all three meals and have never been disappointed and always delighted by some unique, creative spin on the dish. Today I had the turkey sandwich with pesto on french bread -- amazing. And the lemon basil dressing on the side salad was truly memorable.

Excellent service from a pleasant and helpful personnel, as well as delicious meals. It is highly recommended that you stop here. This is my first visit to San Diego, and the food here, in my view, makes the entire area fantastic.

Ordered Portuguese sausage tres eggs scramble and it was very very good. Pepperoncini added a nice kick to the eggs without being super spicy. If you like meat this is fantastic! Husband got the cornmeal pancake and it was unexpectedly amazing. We would order both of these again. Note about the coffee: if you don’t like the sour tang in some black coffees you won’t like this one.

On our way to the coffee shop, we ran into this gem. We knew we had a winner when the waiter kindly told me about the milk alternatives and said that we must come in and dine. We love teams that love where they work. That is a great sign. The food was amazing, came out hot, and was full of flavor. Our waiter was on point with his suggestions and we topped it off with a fluffy pumpkin spice pancake for our breakfast dessert. The portions are plenty and the food tastes like it was made with care. I highly recommend!!
