The high/low shaft in my husband's hospital bed was not working properly. Contacted Bee Medical Supply and they sent someone the next day to look at it. Nick knew immediately what the issue was and repaired it in less than 10 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, fast and pleasant. Price was quite reasonable also. Very impressed with this business. 12/1/21 When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed by the young gentleman behind the desk. He was eager to help and answered any and all my questions that I had. And if he did not know the answer he did not try to act like he did was very honest and respectfully said “ I do not know” which is amazing because healthcare workers always want to look like they know everything. He also helped me find everything, pointed out where the item was and when he saw I could not see it (it was literally in front of my face lol) he came and pointed right at it. At the end he was very happy to continue my conversation I had started with him, gave healthy responses and at the end when I was leaving I came to find out it was family owned.
