9/20 just got in from New Orleans, wanted to share my experience at this place...I lost my wallet while I was in NO, so I was missing my ID. y'all already know that don't fly, but the staff here worked w me despite my attitude and we eventually figured it out and I was able to dose no problems. they charged me 40$, I only dosed once, but I think my counselor back here set me up for two days in case I needed an extra day, so they might've charged me $40 for both of the days I was scheduled for, idk? I didn't ask either, but I had no issues. its a place that deals w addiction, but they aren't easily offended or, like, they have empathy and don't make it hard on patients to receive the assistance we're there for. if you have to guest dose, my personal experience at this place was positive and I recommend their service for what its worth. professionals who treat their patients w empathy is what I experienced.

It's all about the money, they should be drug testing everyday. They have patients that have been on methodone for years here & still using while in program. This is not how the program is supposed to work. That's not helping no one. They talk good but actions aren't following! Lee Zurich needs to investigate these types of facilities.

I've gotten my life back through mat. It would be so nice to be treated like a human by the nurses at this clinic though. They yell at you, talk down to you. And they do it because they keep getting away with it. I had an issue today because I was in the window picking up 27 bottles. It takes me about 5 minutes to check them and write the date on top of the bottle so I can see it. I was told I was holding up the line and that I could do it when I got home. Very rudely. When I tried to explain I was yelled at my another nurse. What it came down to was the 1/10 of a second it takes to write the date on the top of the bottle. We're talking about less than a minute here.

I didn’t understand what was wrong at the time but was having side effects. Signs were up saying to report all symptoms and when I kept doing that, I got called a liar. When I objected, I was thrown out without being weened and it nearly killed me. Yet I was thrown into the wall while someone was being dragged outside for physically attacking another patient and the attacker was the next to dose after me.

I go about 1030 and I'm usually one of the only ones there at the time there busy earlier and later
No it isn't. If you are looking for an in house program in the New Orleans Metro areas try Odyssey House. From what I know they're one of the best.
