I have had to come here on a few occasions, the staff is so rude. The nurse accused me of not wanting to bring my child to his dr just so he could be seen in the er depth. They act is if what you tell them are lies and just want a dr excuse. My horrible service from a nursing staff that is suppose to be there to help.

This hospital treating my fiancé horribly. We came into the emergency room with a suspected heart attack as she was exhibiting symptoms and has a history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. we waited 15 minutes at the door before the nurse would even triage her. From there they took her back to her up to some machines took her blood pressure took her blood and left the room nobody came to check on her for over an hour within that time her blood pressure continue to spike up and down up and down up and down as she was in intermittent pain , And cycled through a number of other symptoms from nausea to having to rush to the bathroom without any help from the hospital staff. After about two hours of sitting there they came back in the room and said you’re fine. Your heart enzymes look good and it looks like you’re OK so you just wanna follow up with the cardiologist but you’re OK. When I told the nurse that she was not fine she feels horrible and her blood pressure is steadily increasing and my wife said the same thing the nurse then said well from what we can treat she’s fine so if you have any further episodes you want to go to the main hospital so they can admit you This place is a joke if you’re sick and you need help trust me skip this please.

I thought I had left them a great review prior, but obviously had not. I went there tonight because I had a severely clogged left ear that was affecting my overall hearing. They told me the wait would be 2-3 hours, but I was fine with that as other people naturally got there before me. The staff and doctor were so nice and professional. They did a full wash on both ears and got my ears as good as new now. Here is a picture of the huge chunk that came out of my left ear. 5 stars isn't enough for the people I engaged with tonight as I feel they all deserve TEN STARS!!!!
