The pictures made the hotel look amazing, clean and made me want to stay. When arriving there were people who seem to have a problem with their room I did not take it under consideration because I like to make judgments for myself. I have to say my first night was awful my room was super hot the air conditioner was not working I sweat the rest of the night. The walls were dirty I have dirt everywhere and the bathroom is full of rust I was not able to stay the rest of my stay and having to leave early. I hope along the way people have better experience but I have to say I would not be visiting again.

My experience was awful! My daughter (8) and myself were in for a wedding & From the moment I came in I wasn’t greeted at the front, instead lady answered phone. When i finally made my way to my room I noticed the restaurant was closed, the carpets were dirty, and the elevator was absolutely disgusting. When I got to my room I was happy that the sheets and bed looked clean, but then the a/c unit (which is not central air) was extremely loud and every time it started it sounded like a plane taking off. To make matters worse, when I finally did get to sleep, around 11:30 I got a knock on the door. It scared me bc no one knew i was there. I looked through the peep hole to see a man in no type of uniform holler “no in is supposed to be in 314. You need to clear out!” Obviously i was shaken as i received a key and check in hours later. I ignored the man (locked all the locks) and climbed back in bed when the phone rang. I answered and the lady simply said “no one is supposed to be in 314.” I again, explained that it was the room i was given. She bluntly said “what’s your name.” I have it and she hung up. The door knocked again- with the man saying the same thing, that i needed to clear out. I was very afraid. I called the front desk and asked what in the world was going on, she said “oh, i got you mistaken for another room?!” What?! Oh, and they take $100 deposit to which they said it won’t be returned for 5-8 business days. BEWARE!! This place was scary. Dirty. And terrible customer service! Stay far far away!!!

I had found a very good deal for two King Rooms and before checking anything about this particular hotel I booked it. Wife then read the reviews and we were both concerned about being a clean facility. I called the hotel to get their thoughts on the reviews. Management was very straightforward and explained that like every business - they were short staffed. But he felt that they were doing a very good job with the staff he'd had available. The hotel was nice on the outside, parking had plenty of lights. The room (Ended up just in need of one) was nice and clean. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. Bed was comfortable as we had our own pillows. We both slept well and restful. The Only Complaint that we had - No Breakfast offered. My Great Deal - I found out that by using a third party the hotel can offer you whatever they have available. In our case we did get a king bed as asked for. The hotel and the third party folks did give us a refund on the 2nd room. We would recommend the Millennium and will stay there again in the future.

Looks fancy but it’s not. The images that the hotel has are all fake. Carpet stains throughout all carpet. No microwave or mini fridge in rooms. No vending machines. This place was only good to sleep. A/C was cold during the evening then during the night and the morning it was on automatic setting and wouldn’t get cold again. Hotel is charging too much for something that is in the $60-70 price range. Plus, there’s a $100 check in fee that is returned in 3-5 business days.

No, but I would love to have one done myself. I stayed in the Millenium and loved it. The beds are like Heaven. Love the updates they are doing for their guests.

No and it is way over priced. A small and disappointing buffet that costs $16.00 per person with tax. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

I don't know but maybe they should do the undercover boss thing. Bet a lot of people would get fired. It's dirty and they have a great program for homeless vets. But the only thing they want to give is little kid bottles of water to drink
