I honestly never leave reviews, but felt compelled in this instance. I walked into the store with a wrapped package ready to send home (Australia), the employee was a young man who looked at me when I walked through the door and just asked "what?" when I walked up to the desk. I explained I had a package I wanted to send home to Australia. He argued with me that the USA doesn't send packages to Australia - which, is bonkers. Of course they do. I explained I've sent packages home many times just in the last few weeks and could he kindly check his computer. Nope, just kept saying I was wrong and USA doesn't send to Australia and hasn't for years. I asked where the next post office was "i don't know", well great. Completely useless and unhelpful, not even the basic curtesy's! If you need to post home from New Orleans just do it at the USPS at the airport.

We went there to buy stamps. The rude lady sold us stamps for $2.20 each (global shipping). When we went to an official USPS shop, the SAME stamps were $1.40. So she completely and knowingly ripped us off. Don't ever go there.
