I called on the phone and the guy hung up on me. I called back and asked if this is the Notary Shoppe. He said "thats what I said when I answered the phone". I tried to ignore the attitude and asked my question. He answered it rudely again! I think something is wrong with their phone but don't be rude with the customers. I was still going to go in because this location is closest to me but I have some important documents that need to be notarized and I don't trust he him. His impression makes me feel he may not execute his job properly. So no thanks I will just drive the extra miles to a notary that knows the meaning of valuable customer service! I didn't get his name but this was a Thursday Morning.

Harahan location states online that it is supposed to open at 9:00am. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for an employee to arrive. This is not good business. I am giving Notary Shoppe 2 stars since I have used them before at a different location with no issues. I will no longer use their services or recommend their company to others. Walmart staff told me they never open on time, so obviously their customers’ time means little to The Notary Shoppe.

Decent for the convenience factor , however notary prices are absurdly overpriced.

Great group of employees . Very helpful and courteous. Chris helped me do a transfer on my miata. Will definately be back!!!
