Who can I talk to about Slidell Housing Authority. They have us caged end like prisoners. They are never available to talk face to face or answer hand written notes and this was before the virus. Now with the virus they are out of control.

Go to housing and ask to speak with the supervisor,,tell him your situation, and see if they can help in anyway,,They may consider you to go to the homeless shelter,,I 🙏🏾🙏🏾 that everything goes well for you and your family GOD BLESS
Why does it take over a month to have senior living place inspected. First I'm told the first of November I will beoving in. It's now going on the first of December. Was told they waiting on HANO

It takes a while for paper work to be placed to move on to the next inspection, it's a new company that will be doing inspection for housing
If you live in a section 8 home and the mother moves out and the children was on the lease could the children keep the section 8 voucher

HANO has a 3rd party Inspection group the can complete an inspection in as little as 5 working Days obviously individuals circumstances will move the neddle a bit.
I had an acl reconstruction on my right knee and im not suppose be walking up and down the steps. I slipped down the steps and now i have to go take another xray of my knee. But they cant relocate me.what can i do to get a flat unit?

I don't think that HANO helps tenants find an apartment. The tenant has to go out and look themselves, furthermore I do believe that they have a list of vacant properties for you to check out.

Yes you can. Tell the front desk that you want to drop off information and who your worker is. Make sure you sign in on the drop off log and get a copy of what is dropped off.
