My package has been pending acceptance at the Hammond facility (like it's in Hammond they just haven't processed it) for over a week and was supposed to be delivered Friday and I still haven't gotten it. I consistantly have issues with UPS in Hammond at both the store front location and with deliveries.

The driver said receiver not available for delivery at 5:10 p.m. I have a Ring door camera. He never came to my door and attempted. My neighbors are on the camera one minute prior outside looking for my package for me. Regardless, I authorized shipment release so my 2 packages should have been left if delivery was actually attempted. I called customer service and was told I would receive a call back in an hour. They did not call. This is unacceptable. I'm glad I didn't order the other food items, as they would've spoiled if not delivered on time. I was available for the original time they'd given. 11:15-3:15p.m. They changed it to 7 p.m. Now they lie about attempting to deliver and say the next day. *UPDATE I received my items a day later broken although marked fragile. The other item was warm as if microwaved, although labeled keep frozen. Some thawing is normal, but it was beyond thawed.

If I could give negative stars I would! My package was supposed to be delivered today and has been saying out for delivery all day long and now they're saying that it never even got loaded on the truck to be delivered!!! This place is a joke!

This is the worst place delivering packages ever time I have something coming from them its a problem cant never find the address .And I am so sick of it yall need to get it together.
