I would give less than 1 start if I had the option I haven’t received 3 of my packages because they changed drivers and the new driver refuses to leave any packages if nobody is home I have work I have to make a living just like everyone else I’m not home at 12:00 pm I cannot sign for anything am I suppose to leave work just to sign for a 15 dollar package that contains lawnmower parts should I quit my job so I can receive a package that I had to work for this is ridiculous I also talked to the clerk and had a pickup set up and was expecting a phone call to pick up the packages never received the call that’s my money they are holding and refuse to deliver and won’t communicate with me to pick up i almost feel like the driver is stealing packages I have no good things to say about this place other than it’s sorry and I hope nothing good for that driver

The staff was rude, completely useless, and unhelpful. I wouldn't trust these people to find their butts with 2 hands and a flashlight. Go anywhere else but here for your shipping needs.

If u know the person take it to them or return it to the ups location nearby or you can give it to a UPS driver.
