I Never Went Inside The Church Part Of The Building, I Went Through The Back To a Gifts Of Love Program, And The Food They Had To Give Out Was Really Rotten🤮 I Got Peaches And Plums, Along With Some Other Food. They Weren't Even Sweet And Both Fruit Were Brown Inside And Mushy. And Also The Room Where They Kept The Food Smelled Terrible As Soon As You Walked In There. I Went For The First Time Today, And I Was Forced To Make a New Appt While I Was There, So I'll Just Withdraw When I Go Next Time. The FDA Should Find These People, They Have Really Gross Food That Is Obviously Past Its Shelf Life But They Still Try To Give It Out. If You Need Food Really Bad, Don't Go Here.🤮

I find this Church very much welcoming. It's diversed congregation and spiritual worship experience is comforting. There is a warm and engaging feeling that makes my worship here special.

If you can not fit here, at this church, you can not fit anywhere else. The congregation is welcoming. This is a result of the encouragement received from the Pastor and leadership through worship, prayer and Bible study.

The United Methodist Church of Hartford is a church family that is warm and inviting, and racially and ethnically diverse. A strong music program includes a choral program that is deep and rich, which together with the Austin organ provides moving music to support the church’s ministry. The food ministry of this church is multifaceted and emblematic of its outreach efforts. Members are deeply committed to Christ and to spreading the Gospel. Pastor Crystal Paul-Watson and her husband Reverend Derick Watson provide spiritually uplifting messages each Sunday morning at 10 (available streaming on Zoom), and during the week. Adult Bible Study programs have historically been very strong. This church honors the faith of our ancestors, yet is also deeply engaged in current spiritual concerns affecting our society and the world. The United Methodist Women group at this church is also very active in its outreach and support of mission projects. This is a perfect place to team with other positive people who want to help others through faith-based initiatives.
