Very busy location at time of our visit. Was really over capacity. Facility needed a good cleaning. Place seemed to have staff but they really did not appear to work together well and only one really tried to xlean up a table for us to sit. Food was obviously fresh because they cook to order, but I did not find the food i had tonight very tasty. Usually at other locations I have visited food was prepared better and tasted better. This location needs some work with developing a friendly staff, cleanliness and better food prep.

The the older lady who was over the bathroom, maybe the manager was horrible. She denied me and other the bathroom, informed us that the bathroom will not reopen until the 1st shift. Is that then being the case, why not close down the late night shift, seeing that she denied cooking food at that time as well. She is a terrible person threatening to take my food away it wouldn't have been my loss but yours.

Went here before flying out back to GA. Our waitress was so cool and friendly. The food was perfect and just an overall great atmosphere. Would highly recommend this waffle house.
