If I could give zero stars i would have , worse agency to work for in the upstate NY area . If you are Considering because of the high pay in that area. 1# The perks that they offer you will never receive and when you call they will give you the runaround 2# You have to constantly check your check you will be missing out on holiday pay and to check if your pay rate is correct and always keep your paystub they email you 3# after you sign your contract with this company they allow the facility to do whatever the facility wants. Making Agency staff work every holiday which in white gloves contract it states Different 4#The agency does not care all they care about is the money they make off of you. A girl was physically attacked on the floor by one of the facilities workers and her email from the agency stated you shouldn’t have left and now with holding her last check because they claim she broke the contract 5#Once you complain they Tag Team on the phone so you would be hopped around all day trying to Get a hold of someone. 6# I advise anyone that considers working for white glove in the upstate area save your emails do more of the communication when there is a problem through emails it’s not like they’re going to answer the phone anyway but it’s safer to do it through emails so you have proof of what’s going on

I can't speak for the nursing department in this company but the Paraprofessional department in this agency is TERRIBLE. From my experience being with this company for a few months they are very cheap, you don't get paid for training which is like 8 hours, and you have to come to their headquarters all the way in Brooklyn. They take forever to assign you to a student; you constantly have to harass them for one. Also say for instant your students parent tells you they are sick/ aren't going to school today you do not get paid for it regardless of the fact you are ready and willing to work, you WILL NO BE COMPENSATED. Yes, you read that right you will not be paid, and to also add when they have their breaks in school you do not get any sort of payment, you are without pay so please don't consider this job as a primary job more like a second job. They weren't very upfront about explaining when situations like this happens, it is not a guarantee that you will work Monday to Friday, and you won't get a 8-hour shift. The sick time/ PTO is terrible, you get an hour of sick time every 30 hours but when your child doesn't attend school every day you barely have any sick time in case of emergencies where you really need to use it. Work here at your own risk.

I will find another agency to apply to. Whiteglove. Coordinator lack communication with me. How am I supposed to call these ppl, even if I get a job to speak to somebody if I cant speak to someone during the hiring process 4 months really. This is how they treat african american ppl. No diversity at the Brooklyn office They just dont care. And to think from reading the reviews this was the agency to come to. I regret giving them my paper work and certification, I just graduated from HHA school. Like WHY do yall have it if yall never was going to hire me. They could turned me away at orientation

Hi Grace, Each facility has their own rates, please call 718.387.8181 ext.803 to hear all about our wonderful opportunities.
Hi, Please reach out directly to discuss. Looking forward to working together!
My advice is to keep a copy of your timesheets if you can and to call payroll early in the morning, don't wait later in the day it's quite difficult to reach them. Direct deposit is the best ,keep that in mind.
We're sorry about the experience you had, and thank you for bringing it to our attention as customer service is our priority. We will have one of our experienced recruiters contact you to rectify and we look forward to successfully working together with you.
