I called this law firm regarding a case and went through the interview. She told me that within 1 to 3 days after the lawyers look the case over they will give me a call back. I never heard back from them. At least be professional and call back to explain the reason for taking the case or not. Lawyers should be more ethical and professional than this. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: I was told that I was either going to be texted or emailed a response within one to two business days. Neither was done. I was never told that you were going to send a response through regular mail. Furthermore, I don't remember giving you my mailing address! You also shouldn't discuss sensitive information about the case online. You should have just stated that you were going to resend the information to me. The way you responded isn't professional regarding confidential information.
