Between all of the places I’ve driven this has been by far the worst city. I had never once received any form of moving violation until I lived here. The officers literally spend all their time on the same streets watching for the same violations they see everyday. I also recently moved to California and had an outstanding ticket I was waiting to receive in the mail. I had given the station my intern address but by the time the ticket was received I had moved to another address. Unable to maintain the paperwork due to COVID to plead I had them send the letter to my current address but I never received it . In attempt to contact the department I was hung up on multiple times and after that send to voicemail about 5 times. This station is not very kind nor considerate to its citizens.

Came here to file paperwork for small claims court. Arrived at 3:40, offices close at 4:30. Filled out the paperwork and gave it to them at 3:55. Told they don’t have enough time to process my payment and paperwork in time. Seriously. So now have to come back a third time. First time my fault, but seriously you can’t help me out

Yes, you go to the clerks desk on the second floor. When you get there just tell the officer why you are there and he'll direct you to the window on the second floor
