Worst wash of all time. Had to rewash my car when I got home. Used to be good but not anymore.. A $7 drive through would have been better instead of $27.

It wasn't all terrible but for $36.95 I expected better. I didn't even see the price I was given on the board but maybe they charged more for a Palisade Huyndai because it's semi suv. But for $36.95 I expected the vacuuming to be spotless but I looked and under my driver seat had crumbs and trash feom the kids so needless to say they missed that. And not to mention my cup holder was not wiped down at all.... like the main thing in between the seats. I told them it was all trash but they didn't clean that. And when I got my car the bumper oil was half wiped down and the other half was not. And my car still had spots thst were not even washed and I ran my finger over it and got dirt. The washers were kind of just nonchalantly scrubbing the car and missed a lot I don't even think the top of my car was washed either. Not to mention they left a huge glob of leather oil on my passenger seat and if I had someone with me they could have ruined their shirt when they go to lean against the sest cover. Like I said for $36.95 I could have gotten a much better car wash than this.

Hadn't been back since 2005 because upholstery was damaged by a leather cleaner they put on it. Went to Splash ever after. But Splash is down for remodeling, so gave 'em another try. Great job on both cars I've taken there recently. Got the "Special" wash on each. Since it's a hand wash I'm gonna trust them with the Tesla. PS: still shy of their leather cleaner service!
