Overall it is clean and has fairly priced washers, but a lot of tenant buildings are in the area and they also …Diane, Please allow us to start by saying we appreciate your loyalty to our laundromat over the last year and a half. We genuinely appreciate your business. Secondly, we totally understand your frustration with our parking. Since our laundromat is located on a walkable city block, the parking situation can be tight. We kindly suggest that you visit us on one of our slower days, such as a Tuesday or Wednesday evening, where parking is plentiful and the store is empty. Furthermore, after the holidays we will be introducing our Wash-Dry-Fold service that offers FREE pick-up and delivery! We truly hope that you stick with us, so you can try this awesome service where we do your laundry for you!

Easily the cleanest laundromat in all of Troy. New equipment, takes cards, always has machines working and a new wash-n-fold service is coming in a few weeks. Can’t wait. Highly, highly recommend.Hi A! Thanks for the love! We appreciate you!

Wifi was down so there was no way to pay by credit or to get change. No one there to help. Their website says they offer a service for wash dry and fold. No one answers phone. There's no one there at all. Someone told me that service wasn't available and hadn't been available for a while. Clean and neat

They're open on Christmas, that's an automatic four stars. No one else was here, that's an additional three stars. A girl came in to use the ATM, why would anyone need cash and choose use the ATM in a laundromat on Christmas? No idea, but it gave the place a mysterious vibe. Also, note: their decor is very much on brand.
