The front desk doesn't seem to be able to connect you to the correct extensions. I have been hung up on multiple times. I would not recommend this location for anyone seeking actual mental health help. After speaking with multiple professionals that work with Best Self, it seems that there is a mutual consensus that Best Self... may not be the best choice. Take this with a grain of salt. My experience has not been great. I'm sure Best Self does better work at their other locations, I'm just leaving my review of this location. Best wishes to everyone reading this.

How do you not have a call waiting system. In your field??

I've been going for over a year now. It took a year to get a referral for an adhd test. The psychiatrist I was given is impossible to get ahold of when needed. My meds need a prescriber approval from her and it's been over a week now since the approval was needed, and she hasn't yet. Tomorrow is the day I run out of my meds and have to deal with the withdrawals that may come from it. Wonderful. The front office is useless as well. Go somewhere else if you have less patience than I do.

There a few issues,ive had 3 different Counselors in less than a year,theres always problems with the medications,they're never sent in time to the pharmacy so you go without your meds for days or up to over a week,some of the woman that work in front have a face when your going to check in that your afraid to talk to them sometimes,the only reason im still there is because of my doctor,he's great and ive known him since 1993,he was my doctor back in the 1990s,this place has to shape up and take care of this medication issue and try to keep the counselors happy so they dont quit.the doctor has helped me though.
