So sick and tired of the rudeness and disrespect by the lady who answers the phone there. I will be dealing with the NYC office for everything for now on. This isn’t the first time she’s been this way with me and I’ve filed complaints in the past but got told the recordings are gone so this time I recorded it myself as well so I have a copy of it. I advise everyone to take their business to the NYC office over Dunkirk NY office

The hours on the door say they're open from 9:00am to 4:00pm, I'm here at 1:16pm and the door is locked and the lights are off. If they're closed for lunch, it's not listed on their hours. There's a sign on the door staying they'll be closed tomorrow January 1st, and won't be back until the 4th, which is understandable. But nothing about today, December 31.
