Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made a reservation through GEICO for a pickup. They call me the day I made the reservation saying they don’t have the vehicle and I explained I only needed a pickup and not an SUV. If they were unable to accommodate to let me know so I can change to another facility accordingly. They proceeded to say no worries that they will find a vehicle by the next day. I get there the next day and they again try to give me an SUV and then when I said no I only need a pick up. They tried to ask let me call around with no guarantee. Moral of the story is that the person Joe will just waste your time there and not listen or be honest with you. Don’t book here, go elsewhere

This was an incredible place. I was such in a bind to get a car as soon as I can I had to drive my children and go to work and it was of the utmost importance that I got a car immediately. There is a most wonderful man , Matthew ; who helped me out, who calmed me down, and made it so easy that it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a rental car location!!!!!He is the guy you should go see if you need anything from enterprise
