Scheduled an appointment to have them estimate the cost to repair my AC unit - 5 days later on the day of the appointment, (during the last hour of the 5 hour window) they called to tell to me that they don't do work on the specific unit I have. They've had the necessary information on the exact unit I have for 5 full days, including a picture of the unit, the model, and serial number and just decided to check what they actually agreed to service at the last minute. Thanks for nothing.

Keith who came out to measure my home and create my quote. He took his time in explaining everything clearly to me. Ashley, the project manager was extremely helpful and very, very responsive. The men who did the actual work were amazing!!! They were on time, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I had a complete dual zone Mitsubishi heat pump (heating and cooling) system installed with Yost and Campbell around 3 months ago, the new system replaced the boiler heating water radiators in my whole house and got rid of the ugly AC window units. The recommended and installed Mitsubishi system is solid, I still need to evaluate the heating capacity when the winter comes, but the cooling is amazing. Regarding the installation experience, we opted to go ducted (Mitsubishi can also be ductless). The crew that worked in my house was really polite and professional. Eddys and his apprentice did a really good job, there is no way to be perfect on the duct work, it is a retrofit after all, but I was extremely pleased with the final result. John I. was my sales representative, I was amazed about how much technical knowledge he had about the installation and the system. It was really comforting having him back at my place on the first day of installation. He is so busy, sometimes it might be hard to find him, so drop him an email and he will get back to you. Always spot on to address any concern you have.
