This Fairfield Inn & Suites is immaculate! The staff was unbelievable helpful, friendly, responsive and just plain a pleasure to speak with. When we checked in, the lovely young lady (long brown hair, I did not catch her name), was so nice and friendly. We are so impressed with this hotel, if I'm ever in this area again I would go out of my way to stay here. The room was just as clean as the rest of the hotel. I did use the gym and it was adequate and very clean as well. Our shower ran out of shower gel and the young woman immediately came up and replaced. The breakfast was very good, all the bread items were individually wrapped, that was a nice detail. They even had real oatmeal, my personal favorite. The serving area was also very clean. This hotel is doing it all right!!! If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed with anything.

This hotel has been our 'home away from home' pretty much every weekend since September. Superb staff who are always very friendly and accommodating! Our room has always been top notch, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We use the gym regularly which is always clean. They have 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical + free weights and yoga balls - sufficient for what we need. The breakfasts are good, especially the mini western omelets! We recommend staying here!

We were visiting here after dropping kids off to college, and thought we'd go to renaissance fair. The first room we were given, room 126, smelled so strongly of mildew that we had to leave the room. The front desk reassigned our room to a 4th floor room 404. It had definitely been cleaned and smelled like it had been. The problem with that room is that the handle to the shower was not attached on top and swung down. It was difficult trying to get into the shower. Then at breakfast, although there were enough items to eat, and it was kept clean, the omelets, sausage, and bacon were cold. Been to a number of Marriotts, and haven't had this problem much. But I will say, cold sausage patties are gross.

My wife and I stayed 9 nights. Reasonable rate (went through Priceline). Close to highways Routes 495, 44 & 28. Easy to get to Boston, Plymouth or the Cape. Large parking lot. Place was very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. It rained one day and they gave us an umbrella to use. Whenever we needed toilet articles or towels, always gave us fast service. Room was spacious with a couch, desk with a king sized bed. TV was large. Sink outside the bathroom but that was no problem for us. Bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower. No pool but that was okay with us. Breakfast food was the normal variety with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Coffee was very good. Would highly recommend.
