This was my first service for my 2022 Passat. The oil change was the only work done. I was not advised if the car was inspected or if any issues were noted. In fact there was very little interation with consultant at all.

Avoided this place for many years because of a misogynistic salesman's treatment of my wife but finally mailers & specials persuaded us to return for service on her Tiguan (bought elsewhere :-) When cashing out that first bill, the service writer "forgot" to give me the mailer special price even though I handed it to him and couldn't refund me so held it as a credit. That credit brought me back yesterday for an oil change. Made an appointment last week - asked for first am because I had to wait and get back to work. On arrival I was told "you don't have a waiting appointment" and the oil change would take all day. "You're going to be here a long time." Wha? Sean (same guy as the first time) made no offer or attempt to expedite the very simple work so I left. My credit will be an orphan. Using it isn't worth the hassle.

It was easy and painless to get a new vehicle. The staff is friendly and helpful and I like the fact that they are local and do a lot for the community.
