We were in the very last room at the end of the building, #17. The room was immaculate, well appointed and we were very pleased. The only reason we're not awarding a 5 star rating is that the wifi signal was so weak we couldn't connect. Boosters would be extremely helpful to guests so that we didn't have to go elsewhere for using the internet. Otherwise, the outside looks are deceiving and we would highly recommend this super clean, comfortable and well appointed establishment. We will be coming back again. Jill T

We've stayed here a number of times. For a small town motel, the rooms are always neat and clean. If your looking for a place with a lot of amenities, this is not a good choice, but if you want nice comfortable place to rest that's not that expensive, I would definitely recommend it.

Quaint quiet place very clean . It has the most amazing view from the rear window of the Quabog River. You can even walk 30 yards to the river and fish for trout . We will be back here soon

The owner of this motel is the sweetest! He is so friendly and helpful, all the rooms are extremely clean and the back yard is beautiful! The tv was big and the rooms were spotless. I loved our stay here! Highly recommend! Thank you ken!

Call them. They don't check Google
I don't know what it is for an efficiency apartment you would have to call and ask. I do know they have either seniors discount, AARP or AAA. You can only use one of the 3. Also at different times of the year the rates do change because of the Antique show and there is other festival's that go on during the summer. But they are willing to work with you. And it never hurts to call and ask questions.
