You go to the building. Unfortunately speak to the awful humans they have working. And thrn lesve with no wuestikns answered usually. I have been getting my mail ruined by this post office for the last ten years. Awful.
Whenever turner feels like it. Our post office sucks and shoves packages into mail boxes without a care in the world.
