Lori Moran in the city clerks office and Patty Campbell in the assessors office were absolutely amazing. I had an issue and they got everything straightened out in only 2 days! I appreciate them both for helping me out with such a stressful situation. Thank you ladies!!

From what I've been told is that only veterans get a break, and even for that they have to jump through hoops.
