More like a 1 star!! Would be nice if you canceled our appointment in advance instead of having us at home waiting 8am-12 then for us to find out through online chat you can’t come in. Very unprofessional! This is the 2nd appointment where we waited and no one showed up. It’s not right to treat your customers this way.

The service was fine, and the dryer is now operating properly, but your prices are way out of line. I bought the dryer for $675 about 3 years ago, and my repair costs were just over $600.. $89 for the service call, and $520 for the repair work. I was charged over $300 for labor alone, and the technician diagnosed the problem, performed the repair and was gone in less than 20 minutes. I am vert disappointed.

Dryer could not be fixed, that isn't an issue. Service was paid for on date tech arrived. Credit Card statement shows bill paid. Still receiving invoices asking for payment, threatening collection yet no response to multiple emails/calls showing error is with Sears. Tech was helpful, not worth the aggravation after the fact.

Used to be able to get parts directly from location in West Haven. They dont have any location available to directly acquire parts now... I believe they said Hartford possibly? Not sure if that is even current. 05/20/21.
