Bob Stevenson of Budget Dry Basement Waterproofing came out to our house on 4/28/22. He was on time and provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work to be done with our sump pump systems. He showed us a variety of information specific to the job and the credentials of the workers. We were very impressed. I'll write another review when the work is done. Our phones are answered by a live person 24/7/365. Our scheduling department is open Monday - Friday 8-5 and select times on Saturdays and even Sunday’s.
Jim we are not a mold/water damage cleanup company. Our specialty is on stopping the water intrusion and eliminating excess moisture as that will cause molds to go inactive. We work with partners to eradicate the mold.
Budget Dry was incorporated and licensed in 2007. It has not changed owners or names. We aren’t one of those companies that pads stats with “combined experience” figures.
