Trip-it self was great bus driver was awesome. The bus itself was the most uncomfortable seats, no cup holders and no drop down table no leg room, for a long bus trip to Tennessee, the bus was just poorly designed. This was not my first bus trip but It was the worst seats I’ve been on we were not the only people complaining 90% of the people on the bus felt the same. Date9/4to 9/9/22 🥴

Went on trip from Michigan to Mt. Rushmore, bus ride was bad. No movies or games on bus and never on time for events to see. Don't use this company, they don't care about their customers.

White Star Travel does not own buses, but rather charters them from various companies; therefore, it would depend on a particular bus with a particular bus company as to whether a certain bus has WiFi
