Ordered 12 boxes of tile (containing 10 sheets of tile each). They sent 12 sheets. Called to inform them. Waited 3 weeks for the order to arrive...11 sheets instead of 11 boxes. Called again...sent 10 sheets instead of 10 boxes. Now I'm being told their website is wrong and the price is per sheet instead of each box. This has delayed my swimming pool ($100k+ project) install 2 months all in all. Now we have to finish/cure in the winter in UT. They took ZERO responsibility and offered no restitution whatsoever. They offered a discount on the rest of the order which was still more expensive than ordering through literally any other site I could find. Clownshow.

The quality of the furniture I’ve ordered from them is terrible. Recently I purchased a sofa and the legs were haphazardly attached with staples. Not even nails. The couch is awful and flimsy. Do not buy from them.

Love Wayfair furniture! In the picture attached the lamp, glass top desk and etagere shelves are from Wayfair. The prices are reasonable and the quality is great. The best thing is their customer service. They care about their customers!

Not certain but my eldest son taught me to touch Mic in the upper right corner on cellphone were it says Google then ask if Wayfair has number in the town you are seeking. If Boston ask for Wayfair in Boston ma it should give number to store and location good luck.
