My experience in the beginning was good but I returned the car on 7/20 and its 8/18 and still haven't receive my deposit. A lot of people are going through the same thing. I call them and they always have a new excuse that the system is down or their wi-fi is no working. I just want my deposit back !

I am blown away by such an INCREDIBLE experience. Josh went above and beyond to make sure my experience with enterprise was nothing short of incredible. He was so helpful & restored my faith in humanity after not so much nice new my car insurance was giving me. I left enterprise in tears because of how happy and thankful I was that Josh was so willing to take care of me without hesitation. I will forever recommend this office to anyone I know needing a rental. It’s very very comforting to know that enterprise valued me and my experience and not JUST the money I was bringing in.

Ive always found enterprise to be okkk. Can be veey strict and not as friendly. I am comparing this to hertz rental. At hertz they have always been understanding especially if i got to keep the car for a coupla days more they dont try to immediately charge you which enterprise does
