Great customer service. They are clear, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The speed of service varies with how long the cue is, but totally worth it. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have been easier. After striking out with the Apple Store (two week wait for an appointment!), the team at the Mac Support Store delivered! They were responsive right away with my request for service (son's laptop with broken screen), got me a quote and offered options quickly and repaired the machine. I'm happy and my son is happy to get his laptop back! Thanks for being there!

I bought my lástima MacBook Pro in December 2916 at the Apple Store in Queens Mall. This computer never showed the icons on the board! Never! I need support!

You can Right click to the desktop => Show View Options then adjust icons on the desktop. If you are talking about the long board in the bottom, it's the Dock. You can hiding on or off, choose Dock => turn hiding on or turn off from the Apple menu OR search DOCK from System Preferences. I hope that help

My refurbished mac is having trouble when I export files from lightroom to the desktop. They land on top of each other and I don't have the power in my cursor to move anything around. Does anyone know what settings I should be checking? Thanks U

Hi Nancy. It sounds like you have the files “snapping to grid” as opposed to moving them freely around. Right-click an empty part of the desktop and select "Show View Options." Activate the drop-down menu next to "Arrange By," and then de-select "Snap to Grid" from the list. If that doesn’t solve the problem please bring in your Mac for a diagnostic.

Yes. All chargers are dual voltage, 120/240v, and will work just fine.
