This Wendy’s really suck they have the crappiest customer service and slow as ever but it’s close to home so I settle once every four months or so 💀 However if you go when Ari and Jay is on the clock - at least you’ll get treated like a human and HOT food delivered instead of a worker that wants to fight the customers because she’s stuck on a clock.😭 :( Thanks Ari & Jay for being great workers in the drive thru line. It’s truly appreciated!!!

I have photos attached for proof. An hour ago 12:01 a.m. I went to Wendy's and ordered 2 Dave's doubles, (mine) with Mayo, cheese, lettuce, & tomatoe only (see photos). I ask for my receipt, and the lady taking my payment asks "what you don't trust me?" I tell her it's not you necessarily that I don't trust her, I don't even know you to say that, but that I always ask for a receipt just incase something is wrong. Once I make it home and get my food out, I notice my burger is incorrect (see attached photos). I call the store to let them know, and the lady I spoke with says I can come back to have it fixed. I say no due to travel time and it's late, but they can do it another time. She says she will leave a note, and I then ask who I was speaking with. It just so happens to be the lady that I had the encounter with at the window. I tell her "Do you now understand why I get my receipts?" With no attitude by the way, & she then gives me a smart remark about how she is not going to argue with me about a receipt and etc, and that I can bring the food back to get it fixed. She is literally the person that started the whole issue after I asked a simple question, but when I call them out on it, all of a sudden I am the problem? Horrible customer service is what that is! I do have her name, but will leave it out here.
