1st, I have to say that I stop here ๐ ๐ก๐ค๐ฉ !!!There's a few restaurants to choose from. What I ๐๐ข๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ค๐ was the bathrooms. Theres' toilet paper all over the floor in the stalls, yet half the stalls don't have any on the ๐๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฐ๐ญ๐ญs. It's really nasty, just bring ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง! โ ๏ธ The main area, where you ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐ & ๐ป๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ข Just ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ฏs ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฃ๐ฆ clean. ยฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ? ๐ค๐๐ง

Overall facilities needs a little TLC. Parking lot could use some attention. Maybe put a little of that toll money to use freshening up the place. Restrooms were clean. Food at the Panda Express was good, service was great.

Nice rest stop and really cool to watch the traffic below. There's a toll tag office here, several fast food restaurants as well as a gas station on each side.

I heard that the chicken shawarma you can get here is pretty good, and it is. Try some with hot sauce (not too hot). Definitely better than another over- priced slice of pizza or a burger. Other than that, it's clean and a good place to stretch your legs.

It was 2 weeks ago.
Yes there is an I-Pass booth at the lake forest Oasis.
Unfortunately, there is no table service. I personally find this location to be a pleasant & peaceful environment..even if you're just grabbing a somewhat quick bite to eat.
7am-6pm Monday-friday Holidays closed
Yes
I don't work for the oasis. Just giving a review about the place. Sorry. I would Google the phone number there. P.S. there's a McDonald's, and a Panda Express Restaurant there. Maybe you could call and speak to a manager there that would know if they're going to be open.
No
If your ink a rental most have ipass and when you finish with rental the rental company will charge you.
We bought our iPass in 2018 and at that time the O'Hara Oasis was the only Oasis that we found one. In October 2021 they had torn down the O'Hara and a few of the other Oasis'. There may have been a booth at the Lake Forest Plaza, it was late and most everything thing was closed. Purchasing through the internet is the easiest way, be sure to order at least a month before your trip.
Yes
There is a sit-down area for eating but I imagine that it will be closed off and the restaurants, all of which are operated as take-out operations, will still be in operation and you can eat in your vehicle.
Inside? I don't believe so...
No, one of on U.S. 41 before you get to the Wisconsin boarder not too far from Peterbilt dealership
Cross your fingers you aren't ticketed or towed. They have no exceptions for this other than employees. You could always go move your car every two hours.
The stop is on the second toll going out of Chicago and the first going in Should be able to use Google maps
Theres an iPass place there I know you are able to buy them there so possibly you could return then also. The ipass is like $10 plus whatever you put on the account.
No
Night parking is allowed, no time restrictions
No and very limited parking for big trucks.
No is not.....if you drive there you can get ticket!!
Yes it has WIFI... it depends on how busy it is. We don't really use it since public wifi is less secure
I need the number because I think they have my ID. Their lost and found department never pick up the phone. It seem like they are on an all day break.
Good question. I jomestlyndidnt think that Ipass ever closed.
You can pay toll charges at the ipass counter to make up for a missed toll or to add to your ipass account.
They have a lottery vending machine you can buy multiple types of tickets and scratch offs from including Powerball and Megamillions.
Lake Forest Oasis on 94 in Illinois
Good luck
The tollway shop has hours. Not 24/7. Try looking online.
Are you talking about toll transponders? If so, either set up or log into existing account for all changes and transactions. Alternately, take your transponder to the toll facility at this Oasis or at other offices. They can help you update all the information and exchange your devices.
I lived in Highland Park for 5 years and stopped at this travel plaza many times during the day and night. I've never heard of, or seen, anyone get towed for being there overnight, but I would read the posted signs carefully to see what they allow. Also, you can call 311 and ask... they are available 24/7/365.
