Worst value I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Given the room rate I very incorrectly assumed an experience I am accustomed to when I travel. This place was the level of a $110/night room but charged $260/night. Extremely loud and hard to sleep. Dirty rooms and mediocre common areas. The only good news is you can leave quickly thanks to its location 50 yards from a major expressway. Anyone giving more than 2 stars obviously doesn’t get out much.

Had working hot tub and pool! Everything very clean. Not a lap pool, but who really does laps at a hotel, right? The breakfast is amazing. Worth every penny, we bought complimentary breakfasts with the room, maybe on their own website or a partner, worth the extra $30 (family of 4 $60 buffet all you can eat value times two meals. $120 for $30) Now you go to Legoland or to Shedd or even Soldier Field and the Bean on a full stomach. Best Chicago food tip, EVER! The lady serving breakfast was the greatest! She was polite, served us drinks from the bar in the evenings, shared conversations. Extra pillows, towels needed to be requested on a multi nite stay cause of guess what, COVID rules, so that's not on the hotel, it's on the extra expectations and additional accomodations to the guests, still get 5 stars.

Very pleased with my stay here March 14-15th. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and inviting. Rooms have great wifi and ethernet hookups, which was convenient for both personal and business use. Staff here is excellent! They were very accommodating in the lobby area while we had a small gathering during our stay. Can't speak highly enough of the service received from the dinner/bar staff during both breakfast and dinner hours. Front desk staff was also friendly and informative regarding any questions that I had during my stay. I was slightly disappointed to see the pool and hot tub closed during this time for cleaning, but glad to see it was being done, and felt no inconvenience as staff had already made arrangements for guests to use these facilities at a separate hotel adjacent to the parking lot. 5/5 will definitely be staying here again next time I am in the area.

This is by far the BEST Hilton property we have visited. I worked in front office hospitality for 3 years and we lodge in hotels for my husbands work often so I am usually very picky…honestly I haven’t found a single thing to critique about this property! Niki and Leo from breakfast are so delightful. My two year old daughter especially loves the extra attention “Miss Niki” shows her in delivering her breakfast with love. Niki also is so friendly to every guest that comes down. I never see anyone leave with a frown. She has a super power of de-escalating grumpy guests. Israel’s breakfast is on point, he makes everything fresh and as you order so everything turns out perfect every time. Everyone from the front office has also been so helpful with anything we need help with. Greg has been super helpful to create an efficient check-in and helps us with securing a parking spot to charge our car. Cleaning staff has been on top of everything, they keep all common areas so clean and fresh. I was super impressed to see that when they mop the floors, they have a second person come by to dry so no slippery floor! Great job to the hiring management for staffing this hotel. Seriously, this property should be used as an example to other properties that are opening.
