Three Travels

Nice location, decent apartment units, nice they allow pets, could be a friendly community with the right neighbors, sadly management is less than desirable and doesn't encourage friendly relationships but rather pits ones against the others when there is just cause for concerns and complaints, a bit of a nosy control freak and gossip rather than being business like and neutral, ownership apparently doesn't have the care and concern of the over all feel and reputation that management brings to the establishment, but as my other neighbors do, we just keep low profile and away from the drama it creates. Management will no doubt change eventually. We're thankful for the overall safe environment, let's get this 2 star bumped up to a 5 star as it deserves.

This is an apartment complex for low-income seniors. The owners get a tax break because they have lower rents for seniors. It is a fairly new complex and the apartments are very nice. Everything is well taken care of. There's a laundry facility on site but you can have washer dryers in your apartment. If you ever have an issue they take care of it right away. Almost every resident has a dog and a couple have cats so animals are certainly allowed. It is completely independent living. If you need help with anything like house cleaning or cooking you have to hire someone from outside to come in.
