Typically I do not make bad reviews. However; today is the exception. We wanted to have a family breakfast today 9-04-22 at 9 a.m at our local Lumberjack restaurant. We had a family member show up 20 minutes prior to allow staff to get ready for our group of 10-12 people so they can prepare a table. Staff stated they would not get a table ready until we all arrived. How odd. Once our group did arrive, they said it would be 20 additional minutes prior to us already trying to arrive early. Costumer service failed in this instance. Trying to support our local businesses is difficult when prices are rising and food quality is subpar like our local restaurant has been for the past few months. Sadly, I will no longer support our local Lumberjack restaurant.
