First of all, if you are an ATVer ... THIS is your park. We aren't, but a group of about 16 came in while we were there and they had a blast. The trees are quite beautiful, and we found it almost too quiet before the ATVers got there. The lake has dropped substantially and is no longer close. Downside is the pull through sites in the center are oddly laid out where sometimes two trailers doors are facing with the picnic tables behind them. We found P2 lovely. Note that the washers only use cold water. Cell service is okay; wifi pretty useless; cable basic. The nearest real grocery is an hour away in Susanville (which has an excellent butcher and fun Thai restaurant) This RV park is quite nice for a long weekend.

Great lot with view of water. The shop has almost anything you need while camping or small bits for the house. Ice cream machine on site is my favorite part.

Very very clean! Owners take pride in everything here! And it shows. Very friendly staff and many accommodations. And...they have a Soft Serve Cone machine!

Not that I am aware of. There are apps and sites that you can check on and see if they are available in this area.

How is the atv riding aspect of this resort? Good trails? Easy access?

The atv trails are a little limited. There is a long stretch of area along the strand that is fair game to ride on. And there are several trail i personally go hiking on now and then that would be great for that sort of thing. Almost everything is accessible from the strand and if its not, then there is a secondary road thats a bit further into the forest near the firestation/community center. Just take any through street away from the lake to get there. But please try not to drive over five miles per hour on any road with houses.
