Beat Buy can be hit or miss, but this one often hits well, plus they keep a good inventory in store. Always clean and helpful.

I was so disappointed in the Riverbank store. The customer service at the Modesto store is as different as night and day. Modesto is closed for remodeling, so I made a Geek squad appointment a week in advance to get something done within a specific time frame. Long story short, the young woman with little customer service training was rude and condescending to me and kept repeating the same sentence over and over, " we are appointment based". Yes, I know that or I would not have made an appointment. She said it would take 3 days to get something done, that after my insistence, took 10 minutes. While I was waiting I observed her treating two other people the exact same way, including an eye roll or two. There were 3 other young employees there the entire time, visiting with each other by the customer service check out lines, in blue shirts. The young lady that was taking devices back to the tech team was in a black shirt. She was awful.

This store has been helpful every time I have gone in. I would have to say the flow of the store is a lot disconnected in that I had to literally walk the entire store to find the checkout. Unlike other Best Buy stores, the checkouts here were in the middle of the store. Easy return policy, and quick return desk. My only complaint is that the people there don’t always know what they’re talking about and try to sell extra stuff that’s not needed.

My husband and I have been to this store on multiple occasions due to the convenient location ( we live less than 2 miles away from our home). On every single visit, I have always experienced horrible customer service, attitude, particularly from the middle aged Caucasian men that work here. My husband and I are Asian Indian Descent, and we often get mistaken for being Mexican descent. I speculate that we are treated a certain way here because of the color of our skin . I hate to think this way because my husband and I are open minded individuals and we tend to follow the Conservative side of politics. I hate using the term "racist", or pulling out the race card when its convenient, but in this case I feel this is the reason why my husband and I are often treated differently on our visits to this store. We are consistently ignored by "certain salesmen" even though eye contact is initiated. I often have to physically walk right in front of their faces to get any type of assistance. I know for a fact they these men do have excellent peripheral vision because they do assist "other people" immediately when they are walking towards them from the side. It amuses me! Mind you I am a very observant individual and I have often noticed that "certain people" that visit this store are often assisted with extreme kindness, given many options and have all sorts of information thrown at them about a product. When we would ask the same individual about a product... minimal effort is made. My husband and I are educated upper middle class people who are well dressed, well mannered and we are very articulate with our communication and interpersonal skills. There is absolutely no reason for anyone in this store to treat us in this manner, or anyone else. I will not be visiting this store anytime soon, unless there are changes made. I do have to say when we do get any type of attention they usually direct us to a salesperson who is considered a minority in this country, and THEN we are treated like an equal, and a human being. So basically I would give them zero stars, but one star is given to the nice minorities that work there and helped us in the past. Thank you! We will definitely consider visiting the BEST BUY location on Sisk Road from now on.

Every time I get a TV I go to Best Buy they have good quality TVs and some are not as well as others you pay for what you get do your homework on it before just grabbing any
I don't think so.
Still practicing contactless service. No in store purchases.
I have never tried to call the store I have only going in there personally and they're always quick to help
You're probably gonna spend more money fixing it than buying a new one
Not really in-store. Online sales, yes.
No they don't do shattered glass.
They replace screens as long you have the best buy plan in your contract
If the purchase is linked to your account, and within the last 15 days yes.
