Doctors office called the prescription in and was told 45 minutes didn’t get any pain pills from the doctor because I was told I could pick them up in 45 minutes from this Rite Aid I even called the Rite Aid to make sure prescription was ready 2 hours after. I was told it was ready to be picked up I get there and they tell me it’s not ready it’ll be 45 more minutes . I’m in extreme pain. supposed to be antibiotics and painkillers. I don’t understand why you would tell your customer something is ready when it’s not or Why tell doctors office you can fill prescriptions faster than you can if they would’ve said it would take three hours I would’ve went with a different pharmacy.

I went in to Rite Aid to find something to put on my sling as it was leaving welts on my neck. A young lady by the name of Keersti helped me. Keersti went above and beyond to help me. I ended up buying a new sling for my torn rotator cuff and no more welts on my neck. Thank you Keersti.
