Attended an event. The food was great. Chicken Alfredo, lasagna, Caesar salad, cheesecake. Delicious. Venue was clean. Servers were considerate and polite. People at the front desk greeted me kindly.

Actually a very nice hotel, I would give a 5 star, but the diverter in the shower was not working properly so most of the water was flowing out the tub spout instead of shower head. I arrived at night and didn't bother to request a different room at that point. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The bathroom had moldy grout and the bottom of the tub was rusted. We had doors on both sides of the room to the adjoining rooms and the noise was loud. Groups of kids running up and down the hallway and some guy came out of his room and was yelling at them to quiet down. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is the worst Hilton I've stayed in. Luckily we just needed a bed for the night. That's the one good thing, the bed was comfortable. EDIT: Wow! Alex Munro the general manager contacted me to apologize, and mentioned that the bathrooms will be remodeled in the coming months and the executive staff will look into noise abatement in the rooms. I appreciate Hilton's customer service and it is why I became an Honors member.

Not impressive outside at all however the elevator and inside lounge areas are nice. The conference rooms are spacious and the room had a balcony which was facing the canals which is relaxing. I didn't like the huge gap at the bottom of the room door which allowed for you to hear everything and everyone talking in the hallway. The glass coffee table and decorations are a little dated but it's an older hotel. The TV is nice and big and staff super friendly. They have complementary breakfast and a Starbucks and restaurant on site.
