As I approached the dining room I noticed a gentleman by the name of John looked straight into my eyes and not once have the decency to inform me that the dining room was closed. Typically I never use the drive thru because I rather go inside and enjoy my food. However, I didn't mind going this time but I had to guess and see if they were taking orders in the drive thru due to John not once let me know to do so. I'm not going to say this was the worst but definitely was not the best customer service. I truly hope this matter gets attention.

They always closed hours before closing time , it’s ridiculous. I went there on a Monday around 5:45pm , on a Wednesday around 6:30pm and on a Saturday around 6:30pm, the workers inside stated they close at 7:00 when it wasn’t even 7:00pm yet. & the sign clearly stated they close at 10pm !!! This location needs to be shut down ! Horrible customer service!!!!!!

Icy weather and almost every restaurant was closed. Not these guys and they were slammed with drive thru customers. They were so nice when we finally got to the speaker and window. 😘

drive thru was slow..waited at the speaker for a while No one acknowledging..I thought the speaker may have been broken. I almost pulled forward. Then finally someone said something!!The dining area is closed..

It was to late when you get off of work and your tired you have worked from 7am-5:30pm you don't feel like taking it back this is not the first time you try to give people a chance put sometimes they just don't get it.We ask for fresh chicken and the young guy said it was fresh we waited 30 mins just to get some chicken unfresh chicken they knew what they was doing and they didn't give us the pieces of chicken we asked for the manager use to come but I don't know what happen to him.I have worked in the kitchen and I never served anyone unfresh food.If they would stay off their cellphones and stop playing in the kitchen they can do much better.

They do need more customers service when i attended during the the summer it was better sercive the regional manager was there trying to improve service..hopefully it will get better but cooking fries in fish grease is no no i only go when they have the smoked chicken special
