I wish they would just shut this store down already it makes absolutely no sense why every time I place an order it takes almost 2 /3hours for my order to be complete ! and I’m not exaggerating ! I end up getting door dash an hour later after my food has been sitting for an hour ! no one EVER answers the phone and when I do carry out it’s only one person in the store doing everything! This location should mot be open.

Do not order from here. It’s nasty & filthy in the kitchen. Young kids working there playing in their hair, touching on each other & then making your food with their bare hands. Their friends are hanging out in the kitchen like it’s a clubhouse. No one in uniform. Young girl walked to the register drinking a Mountain Dew as she greeted me. Pizza was made ALL wrong I wanted half beef half pepperoni as I don’t eat pepperoni & my man doesn’t eat beef. They put it all together all over the pizza & after seeing kitchen conditions I requested my money back & my next assignment is to call the health department.

I ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats that cost me nearly 40 dollars with extra costs added. With that being said I’d expect Papa Johns to meet the minimum expectations I’ve asked for. On one of my pizzas I clearly asked for no cheese but what’d they do… they added cheese. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and absolutely cannot eat it so I’ve wasted my time and money on something he can’t eat. 0 stars. Don’t recommend. I’ll never eat here again.

Love their pizza more than any other. But my order was recently "messed up". I ordered philly cheese steak pizza and my pizza had some pieces of bacon in it, the label on the order was entirely different. I do not eat bacon and did not request for bacon to be added to my pizza. That is "unacceptable"
