Our propane provider use to be Coastal Gas Service (located at the Outer Banks of NC) and recently merged with Blossman Gas. I am pleased to say the service has not changed. They are just like any other business, there are good days and bad days. My overall experience has been a great one. The girls in the office are quick to respond to my concerns, the drivers are very professional as well as the service technicians. I have noticed a change in policies but, that is to be expected with a new company.

Called and they only do propane cylinder refills Tuesday- Thursday for half hour in the morning between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Not a big window for service.

I had a very good experience here. I was half expecting to be overcharged because I'm a woman. I've had bad experiences in the past because I don't know very much about cars, tools, or other "man" things. It was my first time doing business at this place or doing anything with propane tanks, so I didn't know what to expect. They were wonderful! Two men inspected my tanks, recertified them, filled them, and replaced a bad valve on one. They charged me a reasonable amount, and I am very thankful that they were able to help me! I'll be coming back if I need any other propane services :)

I will not recommend them to anyone. Thank God I got out of my contract. I am being nice, I could definitely say more...smh!!!
