Very slow to get needed equipment to patients. Then only sent part of what was needed.. Person on the phone was very nasty as well.

I can’t say enough about Tyler the clinician who helped me with my initial set up on a CPAP machine. It was hard to admit and took me three years to agree to this much needed therapy. After only one week with another provider, (Rotech), Tyler outshined every single aspect of my experience with that company. He was very informative, skilled, professional, and patient. Every time I called in the first couple days of trying this new therapy I received a call back immediately or within the next hour with thorough explanation on how to handle the problem! One of the clinicians in Dr. Stearn’s office actually recommended Rotech and I never received any support email replies or calls back! I feel so much more confident when walking out of the office after Tyler‘s educational support! I wish there was some way to reimburse him for how much it means to me as a senior (66 years old) to have the support he gave! I don’t believe I would be able to find this kind of person anywhere. I am a healthcare provider And I have been a registered nurse for over 34 years. I know what knowledgeable care is and how important skillful hands are. Kayla Bass, the person who answered the phone, went far above and beyond by keeping her word and calling back when she said she would. She also assured me that Tyler would be a great support and she was right. I wish there was a way to post this online review. The competition (Rotech) went nowhere near teaching me how to use the machine and troubleshooting before I even started. Not only that, they would not even call me back for the one week that I used their DME company. I will never use them again! I will also make sure that anyone I know is informed of your excellent company! Please read this wonderful review to the whole department so that Tyler gets recognized and let him know how much he is appreciated.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but I had to to leave a review. They are horrible about getting the correct support for my daughter. This is a reoccurring problem.

Call your local center and they can set up travel plans for you. Please call at least 2 weeks prior to travel time.
Usually that is purchased equipment. After it is dropped off it is your equipment to keep.
