Do not bank here! A bunch of scammers!!! Unprofessional and don’t even know their own policies or able to comprehend anything. Bank with navy federal instead! There’s a reason why they’re 1 star on BBB and 2 stars here.

This bank is in the Neighborhood Walmart, I will be leaving a review there as well. I bought $100 worth of groceries and got $20 back using my debit card because I need 2 tens. There is no option on how you get cash back so it gave me a $20, not a big deal, just ask to exchange for 2 tens. Customer service at Walmart said they can't "open" their drawers to give me change. Lady said to go to the bank, the guy there refused to give me change because I don't have an account. Ridiculous!

She told me I only had one card open when in reality i had three open, I've been a faithful member since 2010 and have never been treated like this at any other branch.
