Kenny was great! Our generator broke down with a huge kaboom. We arranged pickup (and he delivered it once fixed to). As he got to it, he texted with issues identified & included pic of the damage done when fan exploded. He ordered parts, and I got updates. We had it serviced prior year, and were told things done, but oil was black, so I’m glad we found Kenz. I so appreciate the info he provided and updates. When we started generator.. I don’t think it ever sounded so good! We’ll be using him for all our small engine maintenance & repairs. Thanks to excellent customer service, price, & work, we HIGHLY recommend this place!
