My personal experience was fine. Clean place, machines were fast and efficient, and I loved the convenience of the pay from the app/phone option. However, I feel bad for the people who were dropping off their laundry to be done by the guy that was running the place this morning. I watched him shove all of the clothes into one of the smallest washing machines instead of separating it into what should have been at least three separate loads. There is no way that laundry was clean after that jam packed machine wash. As long as you’re doing your own laundry, the place is fine. I do not recommend the drop off service.

Washer did not rinse or spin clothes. No attendant to help. Had to open door and let water run all over, hand ring out load outside, then rewash in another machine to get soap out.. Put on dryer for 28 minutes, clothes still wet, added 14 …Hi Sarah, We sincerely apologize you had a bad experience with us. It is definitely not how we intend to run our business. You caught us at a time when we’re experiencing labor challenges and so it ended up causing you trouble and wasted your time. Please stop by and ask our attendant for our manager Don. I have informed our manager to refund to you the entire amount you spent with us. Furthermore, because it’s entirely our fault for what happened and we want to make it right, your next wash & dry will be on us if you so choose to give us another chance to serve you. I have been at this facility about three times and can't say I like it. The attendant is sitting in his room most of the time while the hand soap containers are empty. You ask for help and only stares at you, maybe he doesn't speak English. I will not go back. Oh,!!! I found a tampon attached to a dryers inside. No soap in restroom......
